The MANGER MSW is the only sound transducer using the principle of the natural radiation, concentric waves moving outwards, (just like when a stone drops into the water). 30 years of continuous research and development gave as result a transducer that is proud to be used in most acoustics laboratories as precise source of sound.

It is the only transducer capable with its 13micro seconds rise time to reproduce any transient and noise. Unlike the piston like movement of the vast majority of loudspeakers (including electrostatics) the MSW is not designed to reproduce a frequency, but to reproduce with extreme fidelity any signal. The fact that can reproduce also frequencies comprised between 80 and over 100KHz is just a consequence. The diaphragm in the equivalent power circuit is seen as a resistor, and not like a mass spring system, this means a perfect transformation of the current into sound and the elimination of any transient noise.

In other words the MSW cannot be localized, you can listen with a perfect holographic reconstruction of the soundstage from any position in the room, and all initial transients are reproduced with absolute precision, without any listening fatigue.
